Please give your stylist at least a 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. This gives them sufficient time to schedule another client in your place.
All of our stylists have their own policies about missed appointments. After 3 no-shows, you will be on a schedule the-day-of basis and may need to put a deposit down before service. It will be up to the stylist if they want to continue that process or return to pre-booking your appointments.
Gift cards are available for individual stylists and must be purchased from them. If you are purchasing a gift card for someone, please know who their stylist is and we will be able to accommodate you.
We guarantee all of our product lines and will accept product returns or exchanges within a 30 day period. The product must be at least 3/4's full.
We accept all credit/ debit cards, checks, and cash.
Gratuities are accepted, not expected, and can be left with your stylist or added to your credit/ debit card, or check.
